Helpful Hints for Hosting a Successful Breakfast Eye Opener/Business After Hours

Goal: Interface with as many potential business contacts as possible and advertise your business.

Invite people you do business with
     · Distributors
     · Financial affiliations
     · Select Customers
     · Potential business clients
Select date at least 2-3 months in advance enabling website exposure, more time to promote event.
Obtain and advertise door prizes
Choose site easily accessible to Holly Springs with separate room; several chamber businesses can accommodate your needs.
Provide promotional products, i.e. pencils, pens at night of event.
Take advantage of mailing labels of all chamber members to send personal invitations.
Attend prior chamber events to self promote your upcoming chamber event.
Consider another compatible chamber business to co-host event with.
Continue an open line of communication with Chamber so that we may best support your event. Your successful event is our success!
